Food Combining Chart

Note: The three columns each display foods that are compatible with each other within the same column. Fruit other than sweet fruit are compatible with proteins and for this reason they are in the left hand column. As indicated at the bottom, neutral foods can be combined with either protein or starch foods, but protein and starch should not be combined. Wrong combinations produce acid conditions in the body - see the principles stated in Food Combining and Diet on this site.
